∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University,Khulna University,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Fish Breeding, Fish farm, Fish farming in modern intensive method and fish hatchery., Fish Pathology, fish production, Fisheries sector
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fish Breeding, Fish farm, fish production, Fisheries, fisheries and fish Medicine, Fisheries sector, Hatchery
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fisheries
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly budget and annual production plan for culture and hatchery operation.
∎ Prepare action plan for culture program and hatchery production as per annual production plan.
∎ Management of Brood and Nursery.
∎ Monitor and management Hatchery production.
∎ Ensure that the preparatory works like pond preparation, brood stocking and rearing, hatchery disinfection, material acquisition etc are accomplished timely and appropriately.
∎ Ensure that the culture, breeding, feeding and other production processes are executed as per Standard Operating Procedure to maintain the desired quality and efficiency.
∎ Maintain and update all production registers and other documents as per official requirements.
∎ Delegate production activity to the respective persons and ensure their job accomplishment through regular monitoring and follow up.
∎ Ensure smooth sale of the produced products and strive for continuous improvement of product quality and customer service.
∎ Ensure the compliance of organizational and government regulatory requirements in all aspects of hatchery operation.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation, prepare necessary reports and keep effective communication with the respective management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fish Farm and Hatchery design, construction, production and management.
∎ Feed nutrition and formulation.
∎ Pond Preparation, Fish culture and disease treatment of all fishes
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Emailing, net browsing etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, Self-motivated & effective communication skills.
