Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Animal Husbandry / Poultry Science
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM),
∎ Diploma in Agricultural institute / Agriculture University
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University,Khulna University,University of Chittagong students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
agro based farm, Poultry Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily farm Management & Operation;
∎ Planning & set up overall Management of day to day operation;
∎ Prepare and maintain yearly plan for vaccination and other medication program for all farm animals;
∎ Ensure regular vaccination and preventive medication to control infectious diseases for all farm animals;
∎ Make an appropriate nutrition for all farm animals;
∎ Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards across the farm estate;
∎ Make disinfect schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity;
∎ Ensure personal hygiene workplace safety and good housekeeping.
∎ Skill to handle administrative issues properly;
∎ Arrange to maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment;
∎ Collect and analyze data and prepare daily status reports;
∎ Plan for daily, monthly and yearly technical service activities;
∎ Responsible for liaison with local businesses, dealers, transportation and other related activities
∎ Know some egg suppliers to collect proper information and to purchase good quality products
∎ Build up a sales network
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have a clear picture of how to plan a project from start to finish.
∎ Should be familiar with the marketing of poultry, fish and dairy products, as well as the acquisition of fry, seed, chicks, and other essential items in a competitive and cost-effective manner.
∎ In-depth expertise of poultry, dairy, and fish farming project management is required.
∎ Applicants should be familiar with all sorts of feed production at a low cost.
∎ Expert in spotting probable problems in poultry, dairy, fish, and as well as effective treatments.
∎ Able to manage and train project employees with utmost care.
