Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification with Diploma course completed in Fire Service & Civil Deference. (FSCD).
∎ Retired personnel from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense, Navy or Army in Fire & Safety department will be given priority.
∎ Skills Required: Fire safety Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
All kinds of Garments (KnitWovenSweater)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fire Fighting and Safety, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knows about the different types of fires and the different types of fire extinguishers used to fight fires according to its type or class.
∎ To check and maintenance of all fire safety equipment’s and maintain record, registers, logs etc. correctly on a short schedule basis.
∎ To check Exit signage, fire safety doors, assembly points, staff instruction, correct notices displayed in all the right places.
∎ To take initiatives for cleaning fire originated areas like cable trays, spider nets, dust remaining areas in coordination with the respective safety team.
∎ To report / communicate with the related for fire related issues as and when require instantly to avoiding any fire hazards / incident.
∎ Assist to conduct the fire and emergency evacuation drill as per program / rule / policy to aware all workers / staffs.
∎ Assist to check all fire equipment’s on regular basis and to take appropriate maintenance measures for those equipment's.
∎ Assist to make layout plan and fixing the firefighting equipment’s in proper locations depending on areas, machines and goods in an acceptable standard.
∎ Assist to identify the fire hazards areas and to take proper preventive measures on priority basis.
∎ Assist to monitor / supervise the electrical / power cables / loose wires properly and to take remedial measures immediately.
∎ To train up all workers / staffs / employees on fire safety, protection, fighting and first-aid on demonstration basis.
∎ Ensure fire safety for the workplace & building.
∎ Ensure the proper placements of firefighting equipment's & update/renew/refill firefighting equipment's,
∎ To face the different Buyers COC announced/unannounced audit.
∎ Any other assignment given by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should have knowledge about NFPA of fire safety.
∎ Should have good knowledge about RSC Fire rules
