∎ Skills Required: Incharge (Cutting/ Sewing/ Finishing/ Floor etc.), Production Management (Finishing)

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for daily Packing, finishing, operation, production output & hitting the daily targets with least rejection & meet delivery schedules.
∎ Ensure the most accurate finishing specification to be established.
∎ Finishing operation control & handle external & internal technical audits & to ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirement.
∎ Control of finished goods inventory & should be responsible for strong finishing floor management.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize finishing manpower allocation & manpower turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.
∎ Monitor and control packing requirement also demonstration of buyer standard setting on the process.
∎ To set the finishing layout also to maintain liaison with the sewing section regarding quality & quantity.
∎ To help the supervisor in case of problem Iron, folding & packing regarding production & quality.
∎ To take timely action if iron, Folding & packing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ Smooth finishing machine run to be assured in all the technical aspects.
∎ Responsible for finishing R & D.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs, and career development plans, Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs.
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills in garments manufacturing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing department also in production and quality system.
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
