Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have knowledge in fabrics planning, yarn to finished fabrics delivery
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the daily job in time frame.
∎ Planning of fabrics with ensuring maximum utilization of machine as well as ensuring the achievement as per plan.
∎ Have to communicate with garment specially planning, Yarn department , Knitting , Dyeing, Dyeing finishing, Quality, Cutting etc. to avoiding any type of unexpected scenario .
∎ Ensuring daily/weekly basis batch feedback for machine run smoothly as per planning.
∎ Able to do Daily Dyeing Machine/vessel planning from Central Order Load.
∎ Have to record data Entry and Data Analysis and root cause analysis of failure.
∎ Know about the standard lead time of Knitting & dyeing in a knit composite factory
∎ Work with Merchandising Dept. to get Lab dip, Colon approvals, accessories and fabric approval to start bulk yarn purchase, bulk Knitting and Dyeing to meet finished fabric delivery as per TNA Plan.
∎ Have to Good Communication Skills
∎ Should have knowledge in Microsoft Excel ,Data Management and Power Point.
∎ Working Experience with Large Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Analytical Ability and Communication skills should be Excellent
∎ Planning, monitoring and supervising overall knit fabric dyeing process as per SOP's;
∎ Understanding buyers' fabric requirements and delivering within given time period;
∎ Following-up Lab Dip, Recipe, Sample Fabrics, RFT improvement, Batch, Dyeing, Finishing, Quality etc.;
∎ Monitoring over all operational compliance issues of floor;
∎ Minimizing fabric dying cost and process loss;
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
