One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Multifabs Ltd. is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting regular Environmental audits/inspections. To coordinate and support all activities of system audits. Overall environment management system (EMS) Development & Implementation. To improve awareness of the workforce and safety of the Plant & Personnel as per Company and Government guidelines. Management of Environment issue of the factories. Maintenance documentation of all activities associates with EMS complying with different & certificate of Environment.
• Daily floor visit and monitoring and act to improve the findings. Identify compliance & Environment issues that require follow-up or investigation. Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety Environment.
• Monitor and supervise implementation of necessary policies and procedures regarding EMS, EHS, SDS, CMS and other compliance issue. Develop and review EMS plan, policy and procedures complying with buyers/government standard. Ensuring Compliance with Environmental.Legislation. To coordinate and support factory heads to develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirement.
• To ensure the implementation of company EHS policy & EHS management system as per ISO 9001: 2015(QMS) 14001:2015 (EMS) & ISO 45001: 2018 (OHSMS) standard at the factory area. Lead, coordinate and support required activities regarding environmental audits (external/internal) and ensure proper documentation. To work through customer’s code of conduct relate to EHS issue(s). Assist to internal compliance audit and any others audit.
• To perform works BHive, supplier to Zero, in-check report Clean chain, ZDHC guideline. Maintain chemical Inventory V-5 and Collect MSDS, TDS, RSL, MRSL & all related chemical Certificates, keep them as hard copy in file as well as soft copy. Share RSL & MRSL with chemical supplier for ensuring hazard free chemical supply chain. Ensure MSDS, labeling in chemical store, distribution sub-store, dyeing, printing, ETP, spot removing room and all relevant applicable area. Maintain waste Inventory and relevant training
• Fulfill support the requirements of Environment module of HIGG INDEX FEM 4.0. HIGG self-assessment and prepare documentation of HIGG.
• Ensure Risk assessment / Hazard Spotting exercises are carried out on regular basis. Management environmental Project activities including, Schedule, tracking and planning for environmental assessment, site investigation, feasibility studies and remedial action Plan.
• EIA / Environment impact & aspects audit / report. Experience on aspect impact analysis. Good knowledge of about ECR 1997 & DOE requirement.
• Fulfill set up a update EMS Strategy. Maintain energy consumption record daily, monthly and yearly to insure each data properly identify. Develop to improve implementation Plan, KPI (Energy & GHG) Evaluation, Long Term goal water, electricity & GHG, Target setting water, electricity & GHG, Energy Ranking, Water Balance, Standard Operating Procedure of Baseline Calculation (Energy & GHG). Maintain ODS Inventory and improve to take care of overall performance check Refrigerant equipment activities.
• To look after the activities ETP In charge. Communication with nominated third party lab and concerned buyer regarding ZDHC waste water test and follow up report uploading in ZDHC gateway. Coordinate Effluent treatment process including water test from internal and external lab.
• Monitoring all ETP plant, Chemical Maintain, Water parameter maintain, Water Consumption, ETP maintenance works, Lab test, Water follow meter reading record, Others Documents maintain For Audit purpose. Monitoring chemical dosing status of the ETP.
• Should have sound knowledge about of Clean chain and Bihve.
• Should have sound knowledge GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, OEKO TEX standard -100, STEP certification.
