The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing experienced of electrical & electronics product·
Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge in computer operation.
Proven working experience as a Maintenance·
Record of Machine Maintenance·
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery & instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability, thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.
Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdown & take steps to rectify the equipments specially PLC systems machines through application of trouble shooting tools
Overseeing calibration of the instruments as per ISO requirement
Coordinating material and spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement of specification & offer evaluation. Planning and executing capital procurement.
Responsible for daily monitoring of manufacturing activities at In house and at vendor`s site assuring timely completion of job as per schedule.
Prepare periodical and preventive maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Carrying out training of the maintenance personnel and reporting to the Director about daily activities
Supervision of erection and commissioning of new machines
Testing and functioning of equipment and removing of technical error in the functioning
Interaction with Govt. agencies for approval of Fire, safety, environment etc.
Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
