• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

  Sales & Marketing experienced of electrical & electronics product·        

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.        

• Good communication skills.        

• Good knowledge in computer operation.        

• Proven working experience as a Maintenance·        

• Record of Machine Maintenance·        

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.

• Responsible for planning & effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery & instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability, thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.

• Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdown & take steps to rectify the equipments specially PLC systems machines through application of trouble shooting tools

• Overseeing calibration of the instruments as per ISO requirement

• Coordinating material and spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement of specification & offer evaluation. Planning and executing capital procurement.

• Responsible for daily monitoring of manufacturing activities at In house and at vendor`s site assuring timely completion of job as per schedule.

• Prepare periodical and preventive maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements

• Carrying out training of the maintenance personnel and reporting to the Director about daily activities

• Supervision of erection and commissioning of new machines

• Testing and functioning of equipment and removing of technical error in the functioning

• Interaction with Govt. agencies for approval of Fire, safety, environment etc.

• Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
