Job Context

RR- Imperial Electricals Limited, a leading manufacturer of electrical cables and products, is looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented professional for the position of Jr. Executive (VAT). The incumbent will support VAT compliance activities, maintain VAT related documentation, and assist in ensuring proper VAT operations in accordance with VAT Act & Rules.

Job Responsibilities

·         Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules within the group.

·         Prepare reconciliation Statement between VAT record and accounting record.

·         Support to Prepare Store Sales & VAT Sales Production stock (Monthly).

·         Stock of raw materials, consumption, use vat & store monthly.

·         Report on export, Import, Mushok 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 9.1 and Sub Form.

·         Communicate with store, distribution, security, Commercial & Head Office relating to VAT.

·         Support to Maintain VAT activities of Head Office, factories, Supply chain and contract parties.

·         Assist Monitor the deduction of Tax at source and deposit the same to the government treasure on time.

·         Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.

·         Responsible for the efficient operation of Tax & VAT related accounting activities of the Organization.

·         Prepare VAT Challan, maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.

·         Process VAT issues as per compliance, ensuring appropriate documentation and Support in VAT invoicing, purchase register, sales register update & VAT return process VAT books (Sales & Purchase) of accounts as per VAT Act & Rule.
