Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking the accurate measurement as per buyer checking system and workmanship as per pdf.
∎ Need to good idea for dummy fitting and make the ppt and pattern screen for buyer.
∎ Need to idea for rectify the pattern as per buyer comments.
∎ Writing the comments and risk analysis report for buyer.
∎ Need to strongly communicate to buyer for any sample issues.
∎ Must have strong leadership capability to manage a team of people effectively.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in any large garments factory.
∎ Effective communication skill is required to handle multiple buyers.
∎ The ideal candidate should be a graduate from reputed university
∎ Must have sufficient computer knowledge (MS office package, email), knowledge to handle CAD software is plus.
∎ Have in-depth understanding on product development, sample, design & development, Pattern , technical specifications, costing, IE , Planning and machine operations.
