∎ Training/Trade Course: ERP/MIS System.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Asst. Manager/ Dy. Manager-IT in Shopnodhora Assets Development Ltd (A sister concern of Shopnodhora Group). to manage the overall IT-related task of the Group. The ideal candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. He should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. The goal will be to ensure that the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ INFRASTRUCTURE-RELATED TASKS
∎ Administering the operation of all IT infrastructure related services according to company policies.
∎ Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrades
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WLAN/WAN performance, connectivity and related issues and making recommendations for system fixes and enhancements
∎ Ensuring the company IT infrastructure and systems meets mandatory security standards antivirus and spam control measures
∎ Monitoring and enhancing the performance of corporate data, voice and CCTV networks
∎ Establishing and maintaining backup, version-control and vital disaster recovery systems
∎ Planning, designing and implementing network installation projects
∎ Coordinating work with all vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure the smooth delivery of IT projects
∎ Making recommendations for leveraging network installations and reducing operational costs
∎ Managing and mentoring IT support staff
∎ Providing periodical reports to IT management as per requirement
∎ MIS SUPPORT TASKS
∎ Administration of Organizational Information Systems including user role definitions and setting up user permissions.
∎ Handling Systems related to user support and coordinating with Consultants, Vendors, and Software Development teams for issue management
∎ Planning disaster recovery and conducting timely backups
∎ Planning, implementing and managing Information Systems related knowledge-bases
∎ Planning and coordinating user on-boarding and off-boarding, in collaboration with the human resources department.
∎ Bulk SMS Campaign Scheduling through operators
