∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in any reputed Porcelain Tableware / Ceramic Industry/ Company in similar position.
∎ Must haves strong personality and management guidance with all aspects of the organizational activities.
∎ Capable to interact with inter departments to resolve issues.
∎ Self-motivated and open to accept ideas from team members.
∎ Should have computer skills
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.
∎ Must meet deadlines and proactively communicate progress.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skill, good work ethic.
∎ Two or three days in every week has to be gone to the factory to make sure the all sorts of DO process and ware delivery and find out the cause of item shortage against DO also take necessary action to make that item by the order of factory authority.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ PROTIK GROUP is a leading group engaged in International Trading, Real Estate Business & Export Oriented Porcelain Tableware/Ceramic Industry is looking for hard working candidate and also capable to interact with inter department in the following personnel for its corporate office of PROTIK FINE CERAMICS LTD. (PFCL).
∎ Job Location: Protik Fine Ceramics Ltd., Green Meher Tower (3rd & 5th Floor), Plot # 12/A, Block # NW(F), North Avenue, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
∎ To maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Planning and execution of all marketing activities including targeted sales.
∎ To make aware of Subordinate for promoting the sales activities, Market Policy imposed by the management.
∎ You are also ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.
∎ Manage and control the customer to maintain company guideline.
∎ Manage financial discipline in terms of condition and credit control.
∎ Utilize market research to understand customer needs and pin points industry mega trade's.
∎ Meet or exceed established annual sales quotas while supporting management's profitability objectives.
∎ Report on sales at quarterly in board meeting.
∎ Any other works desired by the authority related to the Sales and Marketing and credit collection.
