∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all the Dry process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume in the allotted time.
∎ Monitor dry process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Dry process section during the assigned shift.
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
∎ To ensure rejection and low percentage garments and chemicals within the allowable limit.
∎ Responsible for smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions & calculative follow-up.
∎ To maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.
∎ To ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
∎ Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
∎ Should have good knowledge about the washing machine, different washing procedure, and chemical action.
∎ Must be able to ensure quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Monitoring & controlling of delay production plan which three section of production
∎ Preparing delay production report inclusive of delay turnover, which is being circulated to the top management
∎ Monitoring daily production status and giving solution of different types of issues at the think of bulk production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge about dry process (Hand Sanding, Scraping, 3D, Sand Blasting, Wrinkle, Destroy Grinding, Air Blow, PP Spray, Tagging, Rubbing, Pressing).
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of sustainable washes.
∎ Capable to work by utilizing less manpower.
∎ Good leadership quality and able to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication and computer knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
