Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance work.
∎ To ensure the smooth operation of Utility / production machines.
∎ To ensure that all types of engineering activity with proper documentation.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance/ calibration work as per schedule.
∎ To prepare the engineering related SOP/IQ/OQ/DQ/PQ.
∎ To review the logbooks to check completeness & good documentation practices.
∎ Preparation & execution of maintenance program of utility & production machine.
∎ Perform routine calibration of all instruments and maintain their proper records.
∎ Conducting training program for the Engineering assistants.
∎ Carry out engineering procurement, if required.
∎ Carry out monthly/annual report of equipment, also utilization report, continuous achieving & improvement plan & reduce the cost.
∎ Optimized use of utilities (Electricity, Compressed air, Water, Steam & Chilled water).
∎ Ensure the availability of all operational & Maintenance Manual from the supplier.
∎ Ensure that all Engineering related documents are properly generated and archived.
∎ Ensure that the fire system activities are performed as per schedule and maintaining of its records.
∎ Ensure that engineering inventory activities are performed as per company decision and maintaining of its records.
∎ To maintain updated equipment and instrument list of all departments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
