Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the B2B sales and collection as per Target for Construction Chemical Products of Kansai Nerolac Paints Bangladesh Ltd.
∎ Monitor, follow up, facilitating, supervise the team for proper sales of Construction Chemical Products.
∎ Maintain good rapport with corporate clients, painter, contractor, architect, engineers, corporate houses and officers of government sectors.
∎ Set target to individual team members analyzing market potential and company growth target.
∎ Establish bridge between top management and field force
∎ Ensuring effectivity of team by schedule, random & on demand client visit with individual team mates
∎ Prepare report on product indent, sales & collection forecast, team members' performance
∎ Follow up with sales person, corporate clients and DIC on sales order, invoice, payment collection, product delivery
∎ Maintain liaison among all relevant departments
∎ Prepare and allocate marketing budgets of assigned area
∎ Credit Management of overall assigned area
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Should have expertise in Ready Mix Concrete industry, Construction Chemical Industry
