Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales target.
Identify and target potential corporate customer.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Provide proper customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Identify market trend, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future sales trends.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to customers.
