Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or Accounting, Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Finance or Accounting.
∎ CA CC with Knowledge Level or CMA Partly qualified will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: advanced excel skill

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

8 to 10 years experience in related department

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in formulation of audit techniques, audit guidelines, audit programs and checklists for the better performance of audit process
∎ Work closely with all operational manager /in charge and check process efficiency and effectiveness of all kinds of operational matters
∎ Collect and analyze data to resolve the control deficiency, duplicated effort, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
∎ Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other supporting documents, personnel & administrative files and other relevant documents of head office and show rooms.
∎ Ensure physical verification of inventory/items purchased and relevant expenditure.
∎ Cooperate/assist and communicate with External Auditors as and when required.
∎ Monitoring Bill & Voucher preparation & posting to the system as well as reviewing general ledger on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
∎ Support Supply chain for L/C related issue and arrange payment for vendors by deducting Tax & VAT.
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly payroll and staff salary
∎ Reconciliation of export & import transactions
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
∎ Establish budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner;
∎ Monitoring and supervision salary disbursement;
∎ Reconciliation of Job wise production & Production cost Analysis.
∎ Monitoring wastage control system for reducing excess consumption.
∎ Instant Audit in Material Management and Production on the procedure and Documentation.
∎ Monitoring Sub-contract Revenue & Expenditure bill.
∎ Asset Management & Inventory Valuation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical skill in advance excel
∎ Should have experience in software/Oracle based accounting system
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
