Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set cutting manpower planning.
∎ To prepare production schedule according to shipment plan daily, weekly, monthly.
∎ To prepare various type of cutting production report for as per management requirement.
∎ To ensure feed to sewing line (50) with regular inputs.
∎ To identify cutting department problem and solve urgent basis.
∎ To collect information of the material for the next cutting style.
∎ Coordinate IE team for smoothly run cutting production.
∎ Control time consumption on each piece/style.
∎ Train and guide subordinates for maximum efficiency and minimum cutting losses.
∎ To assist cutting officer, supervisor for forecasting daily, weekly, monthly cutting schedule.
∎ Coordinate with floor QC team for regarding quality issues for smoothly run cutting production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills.
∎ Should have knowledge on software based marker making, CAD uses etc.
∎ Should be hard working, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented.
