  • The applicants should have experience in the area of General H R, Compliance & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation / Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.

  • Adequate knowledge on MS Office package.

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills.

  • Candidates with experience in buyer audit handling will get preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and monitor HR & Compliance documentation as per buyer and legal requirements.

  • To ensure appropriate conductance among all by introduction and effective implementation of HR Policy, Labor Law Guidelines, Factory Policy, Buyer COC, different Compliance and safety issues according to ILO, Accord and Alliance Standard.

  • Facing buyer audits Like Primark,Inditex,C& A,Next and third-party audits (BSCI, SEDEX, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, ACCORD/RSC, Social Environment, HIGG, GTW 2.1 & CFW).regarding Social and environmental requirements by coordinating with the buyer team occasionally and preparing documentation for the buyer`s CAP. 

  • Conduct internal audits and factory visits regularly to identify non-compliance issues and take corrective actions.

  • To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party & third party compliance audit.

  • Assist in preparing documents for different compliance audits.

  • Arrange training programs on compliance, workplace safety, and employee rights.

  • Support recruitment, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.

  • Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs, and ethical practices. Prepare and submit reports related to HR and compliance to management.
