Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify potential clients in garment/textile washing machine.
• Promote industrial washing solutions including tunnel washers, washer extractors, hydro extractors, dryers, and finishing lines.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close project-based sales deals.

Technical Planning & System Design

• Plan and design complete washing machine systems including machine selection, electrical load distribution, automation interface, and utility requirements.
• Develop 2D/3D layouts showing machine placement, workflow design, piping, and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct site visits randomly to evaluate space, power, water, drainage, and workflow feasibility.

Project Layout & Execution

• Prepare technical project layouts and integrate equipment with building utilities (electrical, water, steam, air, drainage).
• Coordinate machine layout with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of machines at client site.

Client Consultation & After-Sales Support

• Provide expert consultation on machine lifecycle planning, maintenance schedules, and upgrade paths.
• Maintain relationships with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work seamlessly with Engineering Team, Project Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and factory compliance teams throughout the opportunity lifecycle (pre-sale to post-sale handover).
• Ensure smooth handover of won projects to the Project Execution team with clear scope and client expectations.
