Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make territory-wise sales plan and achieve monthly secondary sales target.Monitor SR and review sales performance.Manage distributor and ensure availability of products to the assigned territory.Analyze sales data & make a report.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory/area.Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.Properly monitoring daily activities of SR in assigned areas.Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.
