Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic partnership with financial institutions, corporate bodies, associations and merchants to generate new leads for business
∎ Develop new concepts to generate leads through unconventional channels
∎ Analyze trends, data and provide solution/recommendations concerning alternate channels
∎ Write proposals for new partnership arrangements
∎ Develop activity schedules and plans, to include deliverables in task areas
∎ Mobilize & coordinate with resources to execute the plans and deliver results
∎ Collaborate with the partners to ensure open communication, cooperation, and timely issue resolution
∎ Develop strategy and process for continuous improvement, innovation, and results
∎ Identify key prospect segments and recommend cross sale strategies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5 to 7-year(s) experience in Partnership & Alliance; Corporate sales, Key Account Management
∎ Performance & Result oriented
∎ Value driven, expected to live by bti values & culture
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken English
∎ Good coordination & analytical skills
∎ Should be an energetic & dynamic person
∎ Ability to execute plans in a fast & accurate manner
∎ Proficient knowledge in MS Package (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
