Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master Degree in Marketing from a reputed Public or Private University will be preferred.Having relevant working experience in Electronics Industry will be added as a advantage.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Market Research Firms, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Decision making ,Create, Manage & Monitor & all kinds of Sub Dealer/Retailer/ corporate sales/ Equipment, Home Appliance Equipment.
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Supervise the zonal/regional sales team to achieve the monthly/yearly sales target
∎ Effectively communicating with the comptroller/office manager on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
∎ Ensure collection of market dues, bad debts, recovery, settlement and adjustment.
∎ Take all measures to create potential markets to explore new market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Coordinate/Follow up with supply chain personnel for timely delivery of the products for ensuring availability of products in the desired locations.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ Dealer/Distributor Selection, Performance monitoring of Dealers/Distributors,
∎ Prepare documents in respect of sales contract/credit contract for new dealers and upgrade previous dealer's agreements, if necessary.
∎ Strong monitoring of sales force & distributors' commission management system.
∎ Ensure target, growth, contribution & productivity management of field sales forces
∎ Solve the Dealers' / Distributors' / end users' problems (such as product delivery, payment system, rate, commission, offer etc.)
∎ Should have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market/zone/region regarding market size/volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
∎ Achieve volume targets by enhancing outlet coverage, market share in regions and emerging new areas.
∎ Execution of time to time on-going Consumer Promotions and Trade Promotions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience in Dealer & showroom management/ operations
∎ Should have managerial capability to handle/ lead a Marketing Team individually.
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent in Written & Verbal English Communication.
