Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge about costing, price negotiation, close follow up with customers until orders are shipped.
∎ Obtain full responsibility from product development to shipping through T & A plan management, as well as after services required by customer.
∎ Handling of USA, Canadian, Australian customers would be an added advantage.
∎ Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter that is able to perform multi-tasking, work well and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Lead the organization in a result driven & competitive environment.
∎ Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
∎ Take initiatives to the development of employees' skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talent of the Marking & Merchandising teams.
∎ Other takes assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Have the experience to work with Large Knit composite Factory (100+ line).
