∎ Diploma in Social Compliance/ PGD in HRM from BIM will be an added advantage.

Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, Implement & ensure the company’s Compliance Standard.
∎ Monitor Compliance certification (BSCI, WRAP, ISO, OEKO -TEX, BW, SEDX, RSC, HIGG, Process audit etc.) and follow up their audit findings.
∎ Prepare factory for facing different audit such as social/ethical/environmental/technical/ Security/QMS audit & etc.
∎ Implement Code of Conduct provided by the different buyers.
∎ To ensure work place safety, cleaning & hygiene matter of the factory.
∎ Coordinate when Buyer Representatives or Auditors visit the factory.
∎ Supervise & monitor overall compliance issues of the factory as a team leader.
∎ Develop & oversee execution of corrective action plans and monitor until completion.
∎ Any other task advice by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Applicants should have good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Laws, COC and its applications.
∎ Should be good team player, well-organized, initiative, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
