∎ Age 26 to 31 years
∎ The applicants must have knowledge on Computer Literacy with Office Application, Advance Excel, e-mail and internet browsing, Export Related bank procedure.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ERP SO create as per Purchase Order.
∎ Conduct Commercial activities (EXP, BEPZA permission).
∎ Handle customs, Banks & C & F agents, forwarders, shipping lines, purchase, Transport Agents and other export & import related organizations.
∎ Prepare Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list for export.
∎ Ensure online shipment booking & documentation for Export.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with PMC, Warehouse, and buyer, shipping line, freight forwarder, C&F and other concerned offices accordingly.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Maintain Daily Export Statement record, Consumption Statement, Follow up export container loading.
∎ Maintain file of each and every deliveries or shipped items and time to time provide update to the management.
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management.
