Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good knowledge on windows operating systems, software installation, hardware troubleshooting and printer management.
∎ Good knowledge on Network – LAN/WAN connectivity maintenance and troubleshooting will get preference.
∎ Knowledge on Hardware - Access control, Desktop, Laptop, CC Camera, Switch, Router, NVR, Wi-Fi configuration etc.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Router, Switch, PC, Laptop, and Printer related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Good knowledge on windows server (2008,2012,2016,2019)
∎ Good knowledge on retail Hardware handling (POS printer, Cash Drawer, Barcode) etc.
∎ Knowledge on Linux,Unix and other operating system
∎ Good knowledge on outlook configuration
∎ IT support experience via remote/desk and day-to-day supports
∎ Proper data backup and restoration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
