Job Context:
∎ The experience of working in woven tops and bottom garments are needed.
∎ Working experience with buyer H&M, GAP, Walmart will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide the plan layout to line responsible & flow the feeding with giving logistic support to them.
∎ To check the cycle time & make an existing line graph & balancing ratio (Non-balancing graph) & send to all concern.
∎ To find out the bottleneck operations then improve the bottleneck one by one applying by the standard method, motion study, workplace engineering & use work aid.
∎ To ensure the capacity card display on the main work station & aware to the workers.
∎ To make the balancing graph and again send to all concern.
∎ To maintain the buildup plan & day to day update to the seniors.
∎ To assess the workers' skill test during recruitment & Evaluation.
∎ To follow up the process quality & defect % at the source for the cutting to the finishing.
∎ To organize the workplace according to 5'S.
∎ To follow up and reporting, billing, machine statement and so on.
∎ To set target based SMV and style layout and fix the target by a capacity study.
∎ To ensure the line balancing.
∎ To troubleshooting the bottleneck by improved or re-balances.
∎ To make and follow up the weekly shipment schedule by solving daily issues.
∎ To follow up the TPM.
∎ To develop and simplify the process.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in RMG will get preference.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla in Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening.
∎ Good typing capability of English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS office, Internet & e-mail.
∎ Ready to work anywhere in Dhaka and Gazipur Division.
∎ Ready to work long hours at the factory.
∎ Willingness to work at Ashulia / Tongi/ Konabari.
Salary: Negotiable
