• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Herbal Medicine

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of QA experience in pharmaceuticals, herbal, or homoeopathic medicine manufacturing.

• In-process quality control inspection of manufacturing process and excellent documentation, reporting, and auditing skills.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving ability

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and local regulatory guidelines

• Well conversant with MS office applications.

Job Summary

• The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all Homoeo, Unani & Herbal products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The role ensures consistent product quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines specific to Homoeo, Unani & Herbal products.

  • Conduct in-process quality checks during raw material dispensing, production, and packaging.

• Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Prepare, review, and maintain QA documents including SOPS,

  • Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and test reporting.

  • Maintain change control, deviation, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) records.

• Product Quality Monitoring

  • Conduct sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

  • Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for testing and release of materials and products.

  • Monitor stability studies for Homoeo, Unani & Herbal formulations.

  • Verify labeling, packaging, and storage compliance.

• Audits & Training

  • Assist in internal audits and prepare for external inspections (regulatory bodies, ISO, GMP).

• Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality deviations.

  • Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance product quality.
