BAMS (Bachelor Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)/BUMS (Bachelor Unani Medicine & Surgery).
1–3 years of experience in Herbal/Unani/Pharmaceutical production (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered).
Good knowledge of GMP, GHP, SOP, and regulatory compliance related to herbal & Unani medicines.
Strong communication, supervision, and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Herbal & Unani formulations and processes.

Job Purpose
A BUMS/BAMS Doctor in the role of Production Executive is responsible for supervising and coordinating the production of Unani/Ayurvedic medicines in compliance with GMP standards, formulation guidelines, and regulatory norms. The role combines medical knowledge with manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and therapeutic efficacy of products.

Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution:
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly production schedules as per demand forecast and approved plan.
Ensure proper execution of batch production as per SOP, GMP, and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials efficiently.
Process Supervision:
Supervise all manufacturing processes (crushing, powdering, extraction, mixing, granulation, filling, packaging, etc.) of herbal and Unani medicines.
Ensure compliance with product formulation, in-process checks, and batch record documentation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment, utensils, and production areas.
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to GMP, GHP, and company SOP in the production line.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams for sampling, in-process testing, and release of materials/products.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Equipment Logbooks, and other relevant documents.
Maintain records of production output, wastage, downtime, and efficiency.
Submit daily/weekly production reports to the Production Manager.
Team Coordination & Training:
Guide and supervise operators, helpers, and other factory staff in production activities.
