Context:
The Assistant Engineer - Maintenance will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and electrical systems in the factory. The role involves working day and night shifts, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and making critical decisions to minimize downtime. The candidate must have expertise in handling PLCs, inverters, video jet printers, and electrical control systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day and night shifts to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays.

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and inverters.

• Implement necessary program changes and updates as required.

• Operate and troubleshoot video jet printers to ensure uninterrupted printing processes.

• Perform periodic maintenance to prevent malfunctions.

• Maintain and repair electrical control panels, wiring, and components.

• Monitor electrical systems to identify and rectify potential issues proactively.

• Assess maintenance requirements and make sound decisions to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid production disruptions.

• Maintain logs of all maintenance activities, including repairs and upgrades.

• Report major breakdowns and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
