Responsibilities & Context:
To take care of the Maintenance & Utility department of an entire plant.
To Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repairing.
To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to Production machine Maintenance, Generator, and sub-station.
Plan, install, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, appliances, equipment, switchgear, and fixtures across the factory.
To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals.
To Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within a short time after solved the faults.
To Monitor and manage electrical operations in production lines to maintain efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure safety compliance.
Execute any other tasks as assigned by the management.
