Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. / BEgn. in Textile/wet process or Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Technology from any recognized university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set the daily target of finishing section & achieve the same.
∎ To monitor the duties of finishing section.
∎ To improvement of solid dyeing, finishing production. Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of each operation. Arrange and conduct counseling for in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ To solve any kind of production related problems that may arise in the finishing section.
∎ To drive the subordinate to implement that plan.
∎ To ensure on time goods ready for inspection.
∎ To take preventive action for making nonconformance product.
∎ To maintain discipline amongst the workers of finishing section.
∎ To co-operate with quality assurance department to maintain the Quality standard.
∎ To ensure better working environment & job satisfaction for the personnel working in the finishing section.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of dyeing & finishing.
∎ Candidate Must be competent and confidence in work
∎ Strong lab experience will be given preference
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers
