∎ Candidate should have LL.M/ LL.B. degree from any reputed university
∎ Bar Council Membership will be preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Contract, Land, Regulatory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Drafting and Vetting of contact/ agreement covering all legal aspect and coordinate with Senior/ Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound
∎ Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality
∎ Prepare any kind of legal draft either English or Bengali
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision
∎ Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization when necessary
∎ Legal Documents (To work closely along with the Management Team)
∎ Handling of emergency legal matter independently (If occurs)
∎ Any other job as assigned in time to time by authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to identify and analyze complex issues/ problems relating to legal aspects in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.
∎ Ability to manage good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staffs.
∎ Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/ or situation and be able to provide sound solutions with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the organization.
∎ Verbal and written communication ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office and internet browsing handling with Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
