∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Fluent in English both written & email communication
∎ Must have advance skill on MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Translates design concepts into functional patterns, utilizing both manual and CAD techniques to create accurate and production-ready patterns for various garments.
∎ Able to make 2D pattern for Tops, Dress and Bottom items.
∎ Oversee the 3D development of garment specifications, tech packs, size charts, and quality control procedures.
∎ Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and ensure continuous professional development within the department.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end 3D garment development process, from initial design concepts through to final production.
∎ Collaborate with design teams for 3D to interpret design ideas and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Lead the 3D fitting process, ensuring garments meet sizing, fit, and comfort specifications.
∎ Approve 3D pattern adjustments and grading, ensuring consistency in sizing across various collections.
∎ Ensure the 3D pattern-to-product translation is accurate and that the final product matches the intended design and fit specifications.
∎ Troubleshoot any 3D fitting issues that arise and work with Garment techs to resolve technical issues promptly.
∎ Provide technical input during 3D process into garment costing, including material, labor, and production costs.
∎ Maintain detailed records of 3D garment development processes, including design specifications, production schedule.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding the progress of 3D garment development, production timelines.
