Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving USA clients/customers.
∎ Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
∎ Preparing various analytical and monitoring reports.
∎ Maintaining communication over the phone, email, Skype, MS Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Call center / Logistics/ Shipping / Air experience will get priority.
∎ Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/roster
∎ Persistent and result oriented
∎ Experience (1 - 2 years) in shipping/Logistics/Air Freight/BPO/Call Centre Supervision/Management will be preferred.
∎ Sound Computer literacy in MS office applications is must.
