Job Context:
∎ To maintain a database of SME Banking Division to prepare multiple reporting
∎ Designation: Junior officer - Officer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Database management of SME portfolio.
∎ Development of the necessary MIS requires IT knowledge and initiative.
∎ Monitoring of Classified Loans for movement of Loan Classification and maintaining Provision.
∎ Preparing management and regulatory report and ensuring timely submission.
∎ Prepare business budget to understand portfolio trends.
∎ Statements Preparation, Reporting and Compliance.
∎ Past Due, EOL, Limit Expiry etc. Reporting and Monitoring.
∎ Web and RIT Reporting and Compliance.
∎ Coordination with Branches and various departments related to report submission.
∎ Maintaining Liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting and other compliance.
∎ Claim settlement under Refinance schemes of Bangladesh Bank and proper reconciliation with branches.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates with MIS experience will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in Excel and handling databases.
∎ Professional training related to Banking MIS.
∎ Effective presentation skills.
∎ Excellent communication and listening skills.
∎ Good interpersonal skills to manage complex internal and external relationships.
∎ Ability to work under severe time pressure and yet exhibit error-free work and achieve set targets and service standards.
∎ Good knowledge of commercial products, client management, compliance requirements, and operations.
