Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily site merchandising for both content & imagery, product recommendations across verticals and take initiatives to personalize experiences
∎ Manage the end-to-end setup of all products for Aarong website & app and schedule site updates, new content pages, promotions and features
∎ Maintain and update all product imagery, attributes etc. to assure timely products upload and activate in conjunction with launch plans
∎ Support in merchandising of all product areas, determine and manage product display order, categorization and navigation
∎ Test new UI/UX features and functionality as required
∎ Partner with the Marketing department, and other teams to assist in developing compelling merchandising themes for each season
∎ Examine site regularly to ensure products are in the correct categories, promotions are functioning, links lead to the correct categories/pages and product set up is accurate
∎ Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, creative and content teams to coordinate and execute product and content updates
∎ Generate special microsites with product assortments for each campaign and upload specific products into those microsites
∎ Responsible for compiling and organizing customer order feedback sheet
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2- years of work experience in relevant field
∎ Understanding of local catalog and campaign
∎ Knowledge of Lifestyle and E-commerce operations
∎ Familiarity with Magento 2 platforms
∎ Problem-solving skills along with project management capability
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
