• Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Experience in same field will be given preference

• Knowledge on vehicle engine, Gear box, Differential, Suspension, Electrical etc.

• Required skill: Technical diagnostic and repair, time management and customer focused, good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, problem solving and reporting, self-motivated and people management skills

• Required competencies: Demonstrating/safeguarding ethics and integrity, relationship Building, work prioritizing

• Must have using capabilities of MS Office

• Able to work under stress situation

• Assist in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for all company vehicles.

• Ensure the on-time demands are in place for necessary spare parts

• Maintain the ERP system for raising Indent, quality release & others relevant activities

• Follow up regularly that the preventive Maintenance schedule is implemented and data updated on time.

• For local purchase, follow the standard procedure and take necessary approvals from department and stakeholders.

• Ensure that the vehicles log books are properly maintained.

• Ensure that all documentation related to local purchases, conveyance bills, and IOUs is properly maintained and updated in a timely manner.

• To take emergency steps to solve the problems whenever vehicles breakdown occurs on the road

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
