Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have B. com / BBA major in Accounting with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process invoice for relevant departments upon receipt of relevant invoice request daily
∎ Manage monthly accounts with adjusting necessary debit and credit note and creditors’ invoice
∎ Receive receipts of customer payment-process cheque payments, credit transaction and direct deposit
∎ Communicate with creditors regarding outstanding accounts, payment of outstanding accounts and daily banking-cheques and cash
∎ Deal corporate credit sales transactions according to rule of corporate policy
∎ Manage and reconcile cash book and bank statement
∎ Plan and control the budget of yearly stock loss of respective nursery
∎ Assist the financial controller where required with the monthly processing of payroll transactions and production and administrative cost minimization
∎ Execute valuation, monitoring and counting of inventory, calculate accurate cost of goods sold, aging of accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, pre-audit of bill voucher, prepare pricing proposal
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Do any other assignment assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidate
∎ Must have knowledge in basic accounting, inventory management, financial management, profit
∎ and loss, income statement, Knowledge on ERP or any other accounting Software
∎ Must have communication skill, analytical ability, problem solving, reporting skill
∎ Must be proficient in computer application, hands-on finance and accounts and MIS
