Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records, including vouchers, cash and bank books, bill registers, general ledgers, and other supporting documents.
  • Handle Tax and VAT matters related to all vouchers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor and reconcile financial transactions across ERP and WMS systems to ensure accuracy in recording revenue, costs, and inventory movements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of Cash on Delivery (COD) payments from thirdparty vendors, reconciling receipts against delivery records via vendor web portals.
  • Collect and record cash from warehouse-processed orders, ensuring proper documentation and prompt deposits to the bank.
  • Prepare monthly reports analyzing cost of sales, including inventory adjustments, discounts, and customer returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions, as well as debit and credit journal vouchers with appropriate authorization.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and maintain documentation for B2C export sales transactions, ensuring compliance with export requirements and internal policies.

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
  • Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
