Responsibilities & Context:

Associate Manager to Sr. Manager, Credit Documentation (Corporate and Retail & SME), Credit Administration, Credit Risk Management

Prime Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review sanction letters and security documents as per approved terms & internal guidelines (Corporate, Retail & SME).

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel for non-standard documentation, registration, and security perfection.

  • Verify execution of security documents, board resolutions, and M&A for legal & procedural accuracy.

  • Issue Security Compliance Certificates (SCC) upon fulfillment of all pre-disbursement and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage credit limit setup and monitoring across all segments; perform system transactions in line with maker/checker controls.

  • Process disbursements, closures, adjustments, and charge realization (Retail and Home Loan segments only).

  • Monitor and report deferrals, past dues, excesses, and non-financial covenants; maintain MIS and documentation tracking.

  • Coordinate property valuations, legal vetting, and title searches through approved vendors.

  • Ensure secure custody and proper archiving of credit and security documents under dual control.

  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation and timely responses; implement audit and regulatory recommendations.

  • Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and internal policies; report risks, revenue leakages, and deviations where applicable.
