Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Master of Laws (LLM) from a reputed University in Bangladesh or UK (Candidates with foreign degree & Barrister-at-Law are encouraged to apply).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Have to stay at the chamber and deal with the all issues(s) in house matters.
∎ Furnishing legal opinion upon vetting of property documents.
∎ Furnishing legal opinion on different legal issue(s) under Company Laws & Banking Laws.
∎ Need to draft various banking security documents including Mortgage, Power of Attorney, Hypothecation Deed, Deed of Agreement etc.
∎ Need to be able to carry out vetting of various legal documents.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Knowledge of different sectors of law.
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues including land & company matters.
∎ Lead & supervise the works of junior associates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2-year(s) practicing experience mainly related to the banking documentation.
∎ Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of computer skills.
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Applicants must be able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
