Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB) & Master of Laws (LLM) from a reputed University in Bangladesh or UK.
∎ Enrolled as an Advocate of District and Session Judges' Court & a member of the Dhaka Bar Association.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Have to represent & deal with Artharin Adalat, with other Session(s) & Magistrate Court.
∎ Adequate experience in procedural issue(s) including taking deposition & cross-examination is highly expected.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently and in a professional manner.
∎ Ability to work as a team member.
∎ Drafting of various legal notice(s) & reply of the same.
∎ Drafting of various plaint(s), written statement(s), petitions & other drafts.
∎ Knowledge of different sectors of law.
∎ Providing legal opinion on different issues including land & company matters.
∎ Dealing with cases.
∎ Lead & supervise the works of junior associates.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 2-year(s) practicing experience mainly related to Artharin & Criminal Cases matters.
∎ Must have working experience in any Corporate Law Chamber.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge of computer skills.
∎ Have to be familiar with Dhaka District Court(s), Dhaka Magistrate Court(s).
∎ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Applicants have to possess a positive work attitude, integrity, good manners/courtesy, and good interpersonal skills.
∎ Applicants must be able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
