Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having professional qualification(s) (Like: CFA, FRM, ACCA, CIMA, CERM, CECM etc. or studying for any level) will get extra preferences.
∎ No 3rd Division (below 2.50) is allowed.
∎ Students from Business administrations will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit Risk Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initial assessment of credit proposal: through checking of documents and declare pre-visit/post visit further queries.
∎ Credit risk analysis: to manage and implementation the credit risk function; including implementation of processes, tools & systems to identify, measure, manage, monitor and report credit risks.
∎ Client visit: visiting clients’ business premises as needed to understand their business dynamics and assess their business strengths, risks and potential loopholes.
∎ Preparation of financial statements: preparation of financial statements and credit appraisal with detail information about each customer.
∎ Provide sanction approval: by assessing provide approval incorporating proper covenants and conditions.
∎ Portfolio health management: by continuous portfolio analysis take financing decision into different sectors.
∎ Monitoring and risk escalation: To monitor all aspects of SME’s credit risk management processes and ensure that the approved propositions are in compliance with the approved governance and escalate exceptions with recommendations to senior management for appropriate actions.
∎ Team management: Manage team to prepare recommendations for approval, restructuring, decline of credit applications.
∎ Early warning & change management: Identify early warning signals in deteriorating credits. Stay current on major developments and changes in market conditions. Review and analyze the delinquent portfolio to identify key causal factors and lessons, make recommendations to senior management for approval and track them to ensure adequate and timely closure.
∎ Review policies and procedures and make recommendation: on a continual basis, assist in the review of existing credit policies making recommendations for change and establishing new policies.
∎ Scenario and sensitivity analysis: conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis of SME portfolio.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Satisfactory level of expertise in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
∎ Satisfactory writing skills in English.
∎ Client visit experience
∎ Writings on industry analysis.
∎ Mental and physical capabilities to conduct client visit across the country.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
