Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience Real Estate field will be preference, Land

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To give opinion on purchasing land by the company.
∎ To maintain documents relating to buy and selling land.
∎ To draft and prepare deed, contract, power of attorney relating to buy and selling of land.
∎ To prepare deed with the land owner for the development of land.
∎ To file suit on land dispute.
∎ To get mutation of land laiasoning with different land related organization.
∎ To collect Khatian and asses CS, SA, RS, and City Record Khatian.
∎ Verification of proper ownership document viz title deed, C.S, S.A, R.S. & B.S. records etc.
∎ Check and verify the chain of documents, title, ownership and possession etc for land purchase.
∎ Meet with lawyers regarding land documents & legal opinion.
∎ Drafting, Vetting and execution of sale deed, Baina Deed, Lease Agreement and others Processing of land registry from sub-registry office.
∎ Registration of sale deed and mutation of purchased lands.
∎ Perform legal formalities regarding purchase of all types of properties including filing of misc case and appeal petition etc.
∎ Collection of Parcha & Mouza map from settlement / DC office.
∎ Lifting of C.S, S. A, R.S, Mahanagar Khaitian, Mouza Map & Land related paper from record room & D.L.R Office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
