• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.

• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met;

• Develop Quality Policy as per Buyers & management and implement accordingly.

• Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.

• Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety.

• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet required quality standards.

• Quality Manager will have the authority to stop the production if any major problem occurs.

• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;

• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.

• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality System (QS) are established, implemented and maintained.

• Ensure that the performance of the QS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.  This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.

• Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.

• Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented

• Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.

• To Maintain EMS Policy & Procedure Accordingly

• Any other assignment given by the management time to time
