Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Professional relevant degree in Communication Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing strategies and plans to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.
∎ Develop business strategies with various heads of department to improve the efficiency of organization's processes.
∎ Monitor compliance with local laws to avoid facing lawsuits and penalties.
∎ Establishing in fiscal management process including budget planning and forecasts, monthly expenditures etc.
∎ Analyzing financial data to evaluate the performance of different department within the organization.
∎ Managing and supervising team of employees, including setting goals and objectives, providing support and guidance, and evaluating performance.
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations by fostering deep professional relationships with team members and management.
∎ Inventory management of park management of all park materials & insure best proper use of it.
∎ Maintaining & Monitoring Park plans, Park schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Providing administration support as needed for the park.
∎ Arrange/hold inter-department coordination meeting on regular interval for better co-ordination among the department.
∎ Ensure that all the statutory requirements such as licenses, Bond, certificates, permission etc., of different installations/establishments are always been updated.
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Assess Park risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Create a Park management calendar for fulfill the goal and objective.
∎ Ensuring overall security of the park and deployed security personnel as required.
∎ Establish an effective system in the park so that each employee has access to their respective supervisor for lodging personal grievance and get remedy. In case of unattended grievances at the supervisor level free access to land to be ensured to address the grievance promptly & properly.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
