Responsibilities & Context:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels.
- Convert leads into successful property sales through effective negotiation and client engagement.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and brokers to drive repeat business and referrals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable real estate properties.
- Provide detailed property presentations, site visits, and investment insights.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with potential buyers.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor strategies.
- Analyze client feedback and market demand to enhance sales approaches.
Team Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotional campaigns.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Lead, train, and mentor junior sales executives (for Sales Manager role).
