Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales Plan, Primary & IMS of Area Business.
∎ Ensure Distributor's Business Hygiene; Proper Investment for Stock, Claim Settlement, Proper Market Service with lowest Non-Execution, month end Distributor's stock tracking & reporting.
∎ Ensure Market Execution & Trade Schemes and all company resources are utilized in the Market as per Company Guideline.
∎ Distributor Development, evaluation & onboarding of new Distributors by replacing poor performing Distributors.
∎ Strongly monitor daily activity & productivity of RSM,ASM,TSO and Sales Officer (SO), so that each individual spends full day in the market from 1st outlet to last outlet and achieve daily IMS Plan.
∎ Strongly Monitor & Achieve Distribution Metrics; Productivity, LPC, TLS new outlet expansion & drive for monthly Focus Brands.
∎ Minimum 12 Days in a Months from 1st Outlet to last outlet to develop ASM & ensure excellence in execution in the market.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans that align with the company's business objectives. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and buying behavior, and use insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
∎ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all initiatives are cost-effective and aligned with revenue targets. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
∎ Manage and mentor the marketing and sales team members, providing guidance, training, and feedback as needed

∎ Participants must have working experience in Sales Force Automation (SFA) modality.

∎ Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
