Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise daily operations and provide support in food and beverage outlets.
∎ Develop and implement innovative programs and promotions to drive revenue and increase guest patronage.
∎ Assist in financial budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
∎ Conduct briefings, communicate targets, and provide updates to team members.
∎ Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including labor management, inventory control, and team development.
∎ Ensure facility and equipment maintenance aligns with company standards.
∎ Efficiently supervise and coordinate team members' tasks.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company safety and security policies.
∎ Support Profit & Loss management by implementing cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking necessary corrective actions.
